The Living Venture OS is lightweight, surprisingly beautiful, and built on a single idea: make sensing, rhythm, and pattern alignment as easy to operationalise as task tracking. It is the memory of the practice between cohort sessions — the place where insights live so they do not have to live in your head.

The core modules

  1. Vitality Dashboard. Periodic pulse surveys plus qualitative prompts: what's alive, depleted, emerging?
  2. Feedback Ecology Loops. Honest-Hour scheduling, anonymised signals, themes, follow-through tracking.
  3. Rhythm Planner. Seasonal cadence, meeting ecology templates, rest sprints.
  4. Pattern Registry. Store seed-pattern statements per team and product. Decision alignment checks.
  5. Experiment Portfolio. Hypotheses, constraints, sensing signals, learnings — lightweight governance.
  6. Protocol Library. Guided versions of the Luminous Protocols (Vitality Diagnostic, MIOE, Seed Inquiry, et al.).
  7. Role Ecology Maps. Simple team mapping; relationship health check-ins.

Calendar. Slack. Notion. Jira.

We don't replace these.

We make them aware of themselves.

Pricing & ecology

$24/seat/month at the small end, custom enterprise at scale. Certified facilitators get a thirty-percent rev share on accounts they bring in. Two albums by the Living Field Band ship as the official soundtrack of the OS — when you open the Vitality Dashboard there is, optionally, a five-minute morning piece you can play. People do. They tell us they cry at their desks. We take that as a positive review.

For the curriculum the OS supports, see Profit Is a Side-Effect of Being Alive. For the retreat where most teams first meet the OS, see The Lila Lab. For the developmental spine the dashboards inherit, the eight petals of the Lifewheel.
