Held together, they produce what the model calls Luminous Self Activation — the moment leadership stops being something you perform and becomes something you are.
What changes, in practice
Meetings are quieter and shorter. Decisions take longer to make and far less time to undo. The all-hands stops feeling like a performance and starts feeling like an exhale. You spend less time managing your calendar and more time inhabiting it. Your calendar, sensing this, becomes a different calendar.

What you are being invited into is not a better Stage 4. It is the threshold of Stage 5 — the Self-Transforming Mind: the capacity to hold your own self-system as one of several valid systems, and to lead from inside the larger field rather than from atop your own architecture. The Luminous Self is what that capacity feels like from inside the body.
