What stops most leaders

Most leaders shrink for a reason that made sense at the time — a culture that did not want them at full size, a parent who could not handle it, a board that prefers the smaller version. Wholeness asks whether that contract is still in force.

Almost always, the answer is no, and almost always nobody has noticed because the leader has not.
