A stack is a hierarchy — one lens on top of the others. A braid is interleaved — each lens supports the others without dominating. Wholeness is structurally a braid.
In a single meeting: the map (integral) tells you which quadrant you are in, the question (appreciative) opens the conversation, the container (adaptive) keeps it honest. None of the three is optional.
